Work Teams
- Apostolic Christian Work Teams are a coordinated response to provide aid and volunteer labor to alleviate human misery and suffering in Haiti. Work projects have opened the door for participation by many brothers, sisters, and friends of our church for work in Haiti. Current work teams include construction, well drilling, medical, Simone Orphanage, SEED, trade schools, and maintenance. Long Term Positions
- If you are a member of the Apostolic Christian Church of America and are interested in being sent to serve in a long-term position at Haiti, we would encourage you to join a work team or visit for a long weekend or more. We would like you to see first-hand what we do, to see how the Lord touches your heart, and to give us the opportunity to get to know you. Child Sponsorship
Through Apostolic Christian World Relief, child sponsorships are available in Haiti. For $25 a month or $300 annually you can provide one sponsorship unit for a child. Child sponsorships are available with MEBSH and with Palm Grove school children.Sponsoring a child accomplishes three main things:
- Provides a child with someone to write to and build a relationship
- Offers you (sponsor) the opportunity to bless a child’s life and likewise build a relationship
- Fulfills our calling as believers to take care of those in need
