Apostolic Christian Servant Fund

The Mission Committee established the Servant Fund of the Apostolic Christian Church of America in early 2006. Increased interests and willingness to serve has provided a need and opportunity to support modest living expenses for brethren sent by the Mission Committee and World Relief.

The purpose of the fund is to provide financial support for brethren on assignments over six months long outside the United States. This arrangement allows our serving brethren to devote their time and attention to their calling, rather than being required to raise their own funds. The funds are received and managed by Brothers Jerry Banwart and Todd Sauder in Morton, IL.

The Servant Fund provides opportunity for individuals and local churches to make contributions for this worthy cause. Those dedicating years of their lives to this service require ongoing support. It is hoped that brethren from all of our churches will continue to support the Servant Fund on a regular basis. This support will help increase the number of brethren we can send. We encourage everyone to pray for those who are serving and to prayerfully consider how the Lord will direct our hearts in giving to the fund.

Contributions can be designated for:

  • An individual: Your donations can be designated for a specific individual who has been called to serve.
  • A project area: Your donations can be designated for a specific project area or building effort that you have learned about through church announcements, church bulletins and the Silver Lining.
  • General Fund: For missionaries in general, to be used where there is the greatest need.
